By clicking on the “Apply”, “Apply now” button or in any other way by sending a recruitment application to Precizo Sp. z o. o. , you agree to the processing by the Employer of your personal data contained in the recruitment application in order to conduct the recruitment for the position indicated in the job advertisement.

We process your personal data indicated in the Labour Code or in other specific laws (according to the requirements of the advertisement) on the basis of legal regulations, and their provision is necessary to participate in the recruitment. Other personal data (e.g. image) are processed on the basis of your freely given consent that you have provided when sending us your recruitment application and their provision does not affect your ability to participate in the recruitment.

We may also process your personal data contained in your recruitment application for the purpose of establishing, investigating or defending against claims if the claims relate to our recruitment. For this purpose, we will process your personal data based on our legitimate interest to establish, assert or defend against claims in proceedings before courts or state authorities.

You have the right to access your data, including obtaining a copy of your data, rectifying your data, requesting deletion, restricting processing, objecting to processing and transferring the data you have provided (for which you have given your consent) to another data controller. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with The Inspector General for the Protection of Personal Data (in future: the President of the Office for the Personal Data Protection). Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing which was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

We process your personal data in order to recruit you for the position indicated in the job advertisement for a period of 6 months.

We may pass your personal data to providers of job advertising publication services, providers of recruitment management systems, providers of IT services such as hosting and IT systems providers.

We do not transfer your personal data outside the European Economic Area.
