Precizo’s Quality Control Department ensures a process-based
approach to quality throughout the entire production and delivery
chain. Our team is constantly working on:
1. Implementation of new details according to customer requirements
- Quality supervision over the implementation of a new detail into production
- Process FMEA
- Control cards
- PPAP – approval for serial production of the finished product
2. Supplier evaluation and selection
- Supplier quality system assessment through audits
- Supplier ranking – eliminating suppliers that do not meet quality requirements
- Ongoing monitoring and assessment of the supplier’s quality and assessment of compliance with the WTO
- Laboratory tests of material composition in our own laboratory – SPECTROMAX device for material composition testing.
- PPAP for new materials
3. Control of serial production
- Control sheets for each product
- Statistical control of the production process (CP CPK)
- Testing Room equipped with two measuring machines with rotating heads, contour measuring machine and
- MarShaft shaft measuring device and many other modern tools.
4. Supervision of special processes (welding / heat treatment)
- Supervision over the welding process carried out by the Welding Engineer
- Schedule of samples ensuring timely and repeatable special processes
- Verification of the quality of welds by visual assessment of joints and cut samples, on which we test the depth of fusion and the distribution of weld hardness
Precizo, in addition to the production of high quality components, also offers assembly of assemblies on a professional assembly line dedicated for this purpose. The assembly takes place on the basis of the components and purchase components we manufacture. This solution significantly reduces the logistics and production costs of our business partners.
Contour measurement stand – measurement and analysis of workpiece geometry relevant for functionality is one of the basic requirements of technology and industry.
Portable device for measuring surface roughness:
- The free detector allows you to measure the primary profile (P), the roughness profile (R) and the waviness profile (W).
- Compensation of curvature and profile slope.
- Compliance with international standards: EN ISO, VDA, ANSI, JIS
