Aware of the importance of quality in production, we have developed the quality control process from audit and supplier qualification to a well-equipped laboratory that allows us to verify the structure of the material before entering the production process as well as to monitor the quality of production in progress on an ongoing basis.
We deliver our products to the regions of EMEA, LATAM and NAFTA, countries such as Germany, Belgium, France, Italy, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Austria, Switzerland, Sweden, Norway, Finland, India, the United States of America, Canada, Brazil and Argentina.
The main area of Precizo’s business activity is the production of parts for the assembly of agricultural and construction machinery by machining, combined with the use of heat and thermo-chemical treatment as well as welding operations.
We manufacture single parts delivered to our clients’ assembly lines as well as provide the assembly service of units from parts manufactured in our plant.
Over 3,000 different products are manufactured in the 18,000 m 2 production hall. Precizo has an extensive machine park, which consists of the most modern numerically controlled machines, including Automatic Lathes, Milling Centres and conventional machine tools.
Our Machine Park consists of conventional machine tools to the most modern high-performance and accurate ones such as:

Professionalism and highly developed production technology is provided by a specially separated area from the production hall, where details are manufactured in the 5th class of accuracy in the scope of surface lathing and in the 7th class of accuracy in the scope of spline milling. In order to meet the growing market demands, Precizo invests in modern technologies and CNC machine tools as well as provides an appropriate working environment for machines and details that are manufactured on them.
Precizo customers’ requirements for surface tolerance and accuracy mean that the factors influencing the final result are not only the first-class machine tools and an experienced Operator, but also the temperature, which, with tolerances of a few microns, has a significant impact on the final machining result.
To meet these requirements, the air-conditioned production hall has the state-of-the-art numerically controlled machine tools. The combination of the highest competences of the people working there, modern and accurate CNC machine tools as well as appropriate and stable temperature guarantee excellent results and repeatability of the obtained characteristics. The end of the production process is the measurement of finished details conducted with the use of advanced equipment allowing for full supervision and proper control of the characteristics performed at a constant temperature.
